Payment is due at the time of purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted. ELIAS reserves the right to refuse service or limit quantities. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their prescriptions and medications received. Patients are responsible for accurately filling in their order forms, including custom codes and shipping details. By making a purchase, customers agree to follow proper storage and usage instructions. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) extracts, including those from ELIAS, should be stored in a refrigerator at 2–8°C and protected from light. Do not freeze the extracts, as freezing can damage the product and reduce its effectiveness. SCIT extracts should remain in their original packaging until use and should only be handled by trained healthcare professionals according to written and/verbal instructions from manufacturer and the prescribing specialist.
